We’re building clinical AI tools for NHS hospitals, and we want them shaped by the people who use them. That’s why we run Frontline to Future, and Cohort 2 is now open.
Earlier this year, our first cohort of resident doctors showed us how their days really run. Their input changed what we’re building. Now we want to hear from more frontline clinicians.
Who can join
We’re inviting resident doctors (FY2 to ST2) and senior nurses and matrons (Band 6 to 8a). We’re especially keen to hear from people who are curious about careers in health tech and who care about safety, usability and real clinical impact.
How it works
It starts with a 20 to 30 minute conversation with our VP Product about your workflows, how you make decisions and where current tools fall short.
After that, the programme runs for two months from November and takes about 1 hour a week. Sessions run in the evening and during the day to fit around rotas and shifts.
What you’ll get
A real say in how clinical AI tools for NHS wards are designed, including feedback on early prototypes
Learning sessions on how clinical AI products are built, regulated and deployed in the NHS, how clinicians move into health tech, product and innovation roles, and what responsible, safe AI looks like in real clinical settings
A certificate of participation, plus a reference letter on request
A network of clinicians and innovators working in and around health tech
Good to know
Participation is voluntary and unpaid. You take part as an individual, not on behalf of your trust.
Register your interest
Registration closes on Friday 6 November. Sign up for Cohort 2.
If you know someone who’d be a good fit, especially a nurse you work with, please share this with them.
